Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  4. # The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • # Used, installed, or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
  • # Returns made after 7 days of delivery.
  • # Clearance, customized, or special-order items.

3. Refund Process

  1. Request Refund – Contact us within 7 days via email or phone with order details and images (if applicable).
  2. Return Product – If approved, return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Refund Approval – Upon inspection, we will notify you of the refund status.
  4. Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, the return/refund process applies.
